About Us
Our Team
This is a picture of the volunteers for our very first Midwest cook that took place at the Milwaukee VA campus and fed approximately 700 Veterans. In 2019, we cooked for the entire Milwaukee VA campus, serving approximately 1200 Veterans and staff free BBQ meals! 2020 and 2021 we were mostly sidelined due to COVID, In 2022, we have a full slate of events. Our History
We began by helping the BBQ Brethren perform large scale charity cooks in New York state and decided we needed to bring something like that to the Midwest!

We aim to provide a high quality BBQ meal and experience as a way to give back to veterans and other community groups.
